North Face Repair Program
After its success stateside, North Face is bringing a renewed program to the streets of London. Their repair scheme makes your beloved North Face items look brand new again – whether they be ripped, torn, or dirtied. The aim is to protect landfills from additional damage by giving your items a new lease of life, and any restored item no longer wanted will be sold online on their resale platform.
Renewed clothing is available to purchase via the brand’s website, and will arrive at London’s Regent Street storefront on April 29.
Welcome to Wrexham
It’s official: Welcome to Wrexham is back for season 3. Dubbed by many as the real-life Ted Lasso, you’ll be able to see Hollywood stars Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney on your screens once again from the 2nd May on Disney Plus, when you’ll be granted insider access to the team’s highs and lows they encounter as they take their place in the EFL.
Follow the Met Gala
It’s time… the first Monday in May is happening. If that phrase means nothing to you, it’s a reference to the Met Gala – the biggest fashion event of the year, happening in less than 2 weeks. For those of us who didn’t get personally invited by Anna Wintour, it’s the perfect opportunity to follow along online, as this year’s theme is “Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion”. So get ready to see a variety of guests – from Tom Brady to Stormzy – that could be attending this year.
On the Other Side Exhibition
Fact Liverpool is showcasing a year-long exhibition entitled “On the Other Side“, which raises awareness of the UK prison system. The exhibition shares the impact of the various systems: who designed them, those who administer them, and those who are subject to their enforcement. The artists and researchers spoke to participants across Liverpool, York, and Rochdale who have experiences with the justice system – imprisoned people and their communities.
Romeo and Juliet
The star-crossed lovers are back – this time in London Duke of York’s Theatre. Tom Holland will play Romeo, whilst Francesca Amewudah-Rivers stars as Juliet, making her West End debut. Unlike previous productions, you can expect a contemporary setting and stripped-back aesthetic from director Jamie Lloyd . The production starts on the 11th May and ends on the 3rd August, so I would get your tickets fast.
FA Cup Final
It’s been confirmed that Manchester City and Manchester Utd will face off against each other on Saturday 25th May at 3pm for the Emirates FA Cup at Wembley Stadium. Aside from the game, rather excitingly Manchester United have announced they will subsidise ticket prices for season ticket holders under the age of 16 to attend the game. This is one of many policies added to the club to make it more accessible for young people.

Feeling inspired by the incredible London Marathon on the weekend and want to join a run club? Well, we’ve got the perfect one to join. “Tempo” started in 2018, and they’re a community of musicians and DJs who run a free session every Tuesday in Peckham. They also have open deck DJ sessions after the run where you can practice, learn how to mix, or just vibe out to some good music.
